All rates of pay are conversed at time of registration; we welcome prospective staff to visit the office to speak to one of our Managers or Care coordinator who will be happy to converse pay rates, areas of work, and job availability.
We look forward to meeting you!

I don’t have work experience can I still apply?

Carers at all stages are welcome to apply, if you’ve had no experience as a carer that’s not a problem. We have an in-house trainer who conducts a thorough in-depth 3-day induction course aligned with skills for care that will provide you with the knowledge you need to prepare yourself for the job you will be doing.
Once you have completed your training, and your DBS has cleared, then your co-ordinator will arrange shadowing where you will get to know the area, and get familiar with your colleagues, and potential clients.

Do I get paid to attend the induction trainings?

All the training we provide for our carers is free of cost, but we do not pay our carers to attend.
